DR. ANDREW LEDERMAN
Dr. Andrew Lederman is a double board-certified physician in physiatry and pain medicine, with a distinguished career dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic pain syndromes with a priority on improvement in function and quality of life. Currently, Dr. Lederman serves as the Chief of Physiatry at New England Baptist Hospital, where he leads a comprehensive team specializing in the full spectrum of treatment options, from conservative therapies to minimally invasive procedures.
Dr. Lederman’s extensive training includes a physiatry residency and an ACGME pain fellowship at Montefiore – Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY. His early career saw him leading both an interventional physiatry and inpatient acute rehabilitation unit in rural Maine, where he honed his skills in interventional pain management and functional rehabilitation. Following this, he played a key role in expanding the physiatry and interventional pain practice at Boston University School of Medicine before taking on his current leadership position at New England Baptist Hospital in 2021.
A respected authority in the field, Dr. Lederman has published numerous articles and presented regionally and nationally on topics including pain medicine, spinal biomechanics, neuromodulation, osteoporosis and community spine health. His expertise is highly sought after, as he brings a unique ability to provide clear, detailed, and comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans that support both the healing process and optimal functional outcomes.
Dr. Lederman is also a former division 1 college hockey player at Harvard, maintaining his passion for the sport in a local recreational league, and following his hometown Toronto Maple Leafs.

DR. ROBERT P. HUANG, MD, FAAOS
Dr. Robert P. Huang, MD, FAAOS, received his Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Rochester and Medical Degree from the State University of New York Stony Brook School of Medicine, where he graduated with Distinction in Research. He completed his residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Stony Brook University Medical Center’s Department of Orthopaedics.
Dr. Huang then went on to complete his Pediatric Orthopaedic and Complex Spine Surgery fellowship at University Hospitals of Cleveland and Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Huang has been practicing since 1995 and specializes in minimally invasive and Endoscopic Spine Surgery. Dr. Huang is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons. He is an active member of the Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (SMISS), Scoliosis Research Society (SRS), AO Spine North America, and the North American Spine Society (NASS).
